‘Devon 11’ Open Letter supporting the Climate & Ecological Emergency Bill. Will you sign up?
It is Zero Hour! Nature and Climate are both in crisis. They need an emergency response. The CEE Bill can help us navigate through that crisis. It is backed by many scientists from many different disciplines who understand the danger we are all facing. It is the only current proposed legislation consistent with Government Ministers’ pledges to ‘reverse the decline of Nature by 2030’ and ‘keep 1.5 alive’. No existing legislation achieves that.
Zero Hour Devon are campaigning to persuade the ‘Devon 11’ MPs to declare their support together for the CEE Bill, now backed by 121 MPs, Devon County Council, Torbay Council, Exeter City Council, all but one of the 7 Devon district councils, and dozens of town and parish councils across the county.
